1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stunning Club platform, purchasing a Stunning Pass, or becoming a Stunning Club member, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Stunning Club offers two primary products:
The Stunning Pass
A one-time purchase travel benefits package valid for 365 days from activation, including travel insurance, bag protection, eSIM data, hotel discounts, and lounge access.
Stunning Club Membership
An annual subscription providing access to curated lifestyle benefits, exclusive events, a private community, and personalized concierge services through Tanya AI.
3. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement to use our services. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Stunning Club membership may require an application process; we reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.
4. Fees and Payment
Stunning Pass
The Stunning Pass is a one-time fee. Prices vary by region and tier (Pass or Pass Pro). The pass is valid for 365 days from the date of activation.
Club Membership
Club membership is an annual subscription that auto-renews unless cancelled. You will be notified at least 30 days before renewal. Founding member rates are locked for life as long as your membership remains active.
Taxes
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST in India at 18%, VAT in UAE at 5%).
5. SC Credits Loyalty Program
What SC Credits Are
SC Credits are loyalty points awarded for eligible spend on the Stunning Club platform. SC Credits are a rewards mechanism only. They are not money, not legal tender, not a deposit, not a stored-value instrument, and hold no cash value except when redeemed against eligible bookings in accordance with these terms.
Value and Redemption Rate
When redeemed against eligible bookings, SC Credits convert at a fixed rate of 100 SC Credits = AED 1 (each SC Credit is worth AED 0.01). This redemption rate is the same rate used to calculate the value displayed to you at the time of redemption and the value deducted from your balance. SC Credits are redeemable only towards eligible bookings made through Stunning Club and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or withdrawn.
Earning and Tier Multipliers
SC Credits are earned on eligible spend at a base rate, multiplied by your membership tier. Current tier multipliers are Stunning 1.0×, Gold 1.25×, and Obsidian 1.5×. The earn rate and tier multipliers are configured in our loyalty rules and may be updated from time to time; the multiplier applied is the one in effect at the time the credits are earned. Credits are awarded only after a booking is confirmed and payment has cleared, and may be reversed if the underlying booking is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent.
Expiry and Eligibility
SC Credits expire 12 months after they are earned unless otherwise stated. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before credits expire. Eligibility to earn or redeem SC Credits depends on your account status, membership tier, and the specific eligibility rules attached to each booking or promotion. We reserve the right to amend the program, adjust earn or redemption rules, or discontinue SC Credits with reasonable notice. SC Credits have no value upon termination of your account for breach of these terms.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all memberships. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
Stunning Pass Refunds
Stunning Pass purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no services have been activated or used. Once any service is activated (e.g., eSIM claimed, flight registered for BagAssure), the pass becomes non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
For membership cancellations after 30 days, prorated refunds may be available at our discretion based on the unused portion of your membership term.
7. Member Code of Conduct
As a member, you agree to:
- Treat other members, staff, and partners with respect
- Not share or transfer your membership benefits to non-members
- Not misuse or attempt to fraudulently claim benefits
- Maintain accurate profile information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Stunning Club platform are owned by or licensed to Stunning Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stunning Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party providers including but not limited to Travelgate (hotel bookings), Juspay (payment processing), and various insurance partners. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law
For UAE Users
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
For India Users
These terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
