Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.
What happens if I exceed my booking limit?
On Free and Starter plans, you'll be prompted to upgrade. We'll never block your bookings mid-transaction.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You can start using Tanya immediately after signup.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is calculated on the net booking value (excluding taxes and fees). It's automatically deducted from your wallet or payouts.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Juspay. Enterprise clients can also pay via bank transfer.
